Minor change to the Numina
- Minor Change: Numina - Telepathic Suggestion
- Rank 2 has been tweaked a little. Now each success will allow the telepath to empower a word. One success allows an empowered one word command (ie: sit). Three successes would allow you to empower a three word command (ie: sit [in] this chair).
